And so... it's 2006!!! Wishing everyone a wonderful year ahead!!!
Let me try to recall what happened the past few days before I forget the nitty-gritty details.
Well... on fri, went Ikea with yq and realised that furnishing your home, or your room for the matter, is never simple. You will never be able to get the kind of neat, "showroom-style" room. Unless you start throwing away things that you had accumulated over the years. Sometimes I wonder why people keep those stuffs. Like, how often will people take them out to appreciate? And whenever the thought of discarding them flashes across the mind, the heart becomes a weakling and softens. At the very least, that was the case for me. And oh, according to yq, the lighting plays a part too. Anywayz. Have a feeling that my brain is working at a slower pace now than ever before.
Intellectually challenged. It took us like 5 mins when possibly a 5 year old kid could have realised it in like 5 seconds. Right.
After that, went kbox with 2.2 peeps. And it suddenly dawned on me that the voices used for singing and talking are different. Alright. Not suddenly as in
SUDDENLY. ( i m not THAT slow) But, yea. Just happened to realise.
Sat was my last day at work at the tea thing. After that, went to meet the 2.2 peeps for countdown. The journey there was... interesting. =) Well... and so I took 36 from my workplace and alighted at this bus stop

AT. Tiny little resa followed the crowd to god-knows-where whilst on the phone with ph trying to know where
THEY were. Apparently, resa has
NO IDEA where
SHE was, so how is she gonna find them? So... she just "kept walking".
And there was just this one second when resa kinda wanna give up finding them, find a strategic spot, wait for 2006 and the fireworks to come. In the end, with vivid descriptions from yq "turn around" and saw that familiar face in the crowd. Quite relieved coz the crowd is madness. Seriously. It goes in 1 direction and there is

AGAINST it. ph and rl went the other way to look for me. Heyz guys... very touched.
THANK YOU!!! =) It was seriously a miracle that yq managed to find me (considering the fact that i dun even know where am i) and then, waited successfully for ph and rl and finally reunited with the group.
And after that, went back to the hotel room and played as*hole daidee in the wee hours of first day of 2006. =)
